Shipping policy

All packages are shipped, and processed Monday through Friday except on all Major Holidays and weekends in the U.S.

Processing:

After your order has been placed, please allow 7-10 business days for processing, fulfillment and shipping.  

Please note that shipping may be delayed due to Major Holidays and Events.

 

Shipping:

You will receive a confirmation email from ETTAFÁI stating the fulfillment center has received your order. Once your package has been shipped you will receive another email with the orders tracking information.

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

Tracking:

Please make sure that the delivery address on the order is correct, once an order is placed changes cannot be made. 

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package has been shipped and is in possession of United States Postal Service (USPS) ETTAFÁI is no longer responsible for your package. Please use the tracking information emailed to you to track your order. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact United States Postal Service {USPS) directly, provide them with the tracking information to verify your package in transit. 

 

NO International Shipping:

At this time ETTAFÁI is currently not shipping any international orders.
